The fight against extreme poverty through access to education and health for children in Madagascar and in the Indian Ocean Provide basic training (Brevet) for young people with prior access to education, with priority given to disadvantaged regions (e.g. Ankarana).

This primary school is at the service of basic education for a population with first-time access to education, in one of the most isolated and inaccessible regions of Madagascar. 750 children from 3 to 16 years old are educated there for free, in one of the most beautiful educational infrastructure of the North of Madagascar.
Meilleur Ouvrier de France, former Chef des cuisines of the Palais de l’Elysée, Ambassador of French Gastronomy and food sectors,joined forces with the Fondation Ecole de Félix in 2019 to deploy vocational training centers and provide guidance to the young underprivileged people in the food service sector.
Located “in the middle of nowhere”, at the foot of the Tsingy de l’Ankarana National Park, a stone’s throw from the Island of Nossi-Bé and its immense tourist potential, this training center aims to provide a noble profession to promotions of 12 apprentice cooks per year. Free diploma training, recognized by the State, is provided in French, following an educational program inspired by the CAP Cuisine.
Equipped with 2 classrooms with video projection and job training kitchen fully equipped with the latest French cooking technologies produced by ENODIS, this center of excellence was built in record time, in the midst of the COVID19 pandemic. The first class of 48 apprentice chefs will inaugurate this “Embassy of French Culinary Knowledge” for the 2021/22 school year.
