Meilleur Ouvrier de France, former Head Chef at the Elysée Palace, Ambassador of French Gastronomy and Food Industries, has made a commitment in 2019 alongside the Ecole de Félix Foundation to set up vocational training centres and guide disadvantaged young people into the catering professions.
Guillaume Gomez directs the educational programmes of the culinary institutes. He is also an active supporter of the Ecole de Félix Foundation through his culinary publications, part of whose royalties are donated to the children of Madagascar. News
